How many minutes should temple Mangal Arati go for?

I heard that Srila Prabhupada said 20 minutes so that the kirtana would go that long. No reference though.

Mangal aarati, when recited in rhythm takes 20 minutes. In some of the temples, where it takes less than 20 minutes, it is compensated by Hare Krishna chanting. Mangal Aarati and Narsimha Dev Aarati together takes 30 minutes and then only the temple gates are closed for Tulasi Puja.
The above have been indicated as an itinerary for all the temples.
