If you don't agree with a website (and also publicly condemn it on another site) whilst you are a member and contributor of the condemned website....you are going to be seen as a hypocrite Bhakta Corey

    Haribol Rasa Prabhu.

I think its more a case of the internet providing a global forum for a new devotee to go through their initial PDS period. (Pure Devotee Syndrome)

We had to do it locally before the internet was a thang. Thank god I didn't have time for this when I was a young pup in the asrama - I hate to think of what immature things I would have said.

Corey Prabhu, although your comments are a bit laughable - we love you!

Seriously - keep distributing those books in the Walmart parking lots. You are doing a real service for Srila Prabhupada and for humanity. Please don't let maya trick you into thinking you're the only one pleasing Srila Prabhupada and Krishna though. That can be a dangerous perspective and Krishna will humble you -> like he did/does me and lots of other devotees on this forum. He's expert at it too - have no doubt.

btw - I can think of at least four devotees (not including myself) on this forum who've distributed books for years. One devotee who has been going out for around 20 years and still does. It might help to keep this in mind before you make any sweeping dismissive statements about who associates here.

Personally I like this forum. It has some elements that I'd prefer to avoid but thats life in the non-utopian material world. At least we can talk about it and hear from each other.
Thankful People: mishra, Hari Bhakta dasa

It seems Bhakta Corey has withdrawn from the site and maybe learned something (I hope)...I wish him well in his service of book distribution.

  1.
from one of his earlier posts, he had stated:

"But, as Jayadvaita Swami pointed out, "The Srila Prabhupada of Unlimited Understanding and Accommodation is a product of post-1977 mythology."

perhaps he went to a website more friendly to that thought.
